Anima Musik reserves the right to update or modify their policies at any time and without prior notice unless a material change is made; in which case we will notify you through email. Your use of our services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the policies as changed. Prices are also subject to change.

Please be aware that, with permission from parent or guardian, and/or those of legal age,  photos and/or recordings are for promotional purposes and may be used in future print or electronic publications and media communications.

Students are expected to be prepared and act and dress appropriately.  A courtesy call and/or message is expected if you cannot attend a class or lesson. Students late to their lessons will not be given their full lesson time. If the professor is tardy, do expect your full lesson time. Anima Musik has the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary problems, and/or parental noncompliance with the school's policies. 

Any cancellations done by the teacher are automatically rescheduled. No refunds or credits are given for missed lessons, after the three (3) courtesy makeups. Payments can be payed in full, monthly, or as you go. A friendly reminder that same day cancellations will be charged.

To withdrawal, either temporarily (suspend) or permanently (cancel), from the lessons, please contact us by the last day of the month, before the start of the next month. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing, via email to Director@AnimaMusik.com and NOT to the teacher.
